Corporate Milestones
2004
Appointed as the official agent for Olympus semiconductor business in Taiwan.
2006
Established Shanghai Branch Office to expand service coverage.
2008
Appointed as the official agent for Olympus semiconductor business in China.
2009
Appointed as the official agent for SMC Chiller semiconductor business in Taiwan.
2013
‧ Appointed as the Taiwan agent for NGR E-beam Inspection equipment.
‧ Officially entered the Hsinchu Science Park.
2014
Established presence in Southern Taiwan Science Park and opened the Tainan Maintenance Center.
2015
Developed proprietary Green Chiller (Chip-based) technology in manufacturing partnership with Cell-vit (Korea).
2016
‧ Established Hsinchu Chiller Maintenance Center and became a certified vendor for TSMC.
• Acquired facility site in Xinshi, Tainan, preparing for localized production of Green Chillers.
2017
Appointed as the official agent for SMT semiconductor business in Taiwan.
2018
• Appointed as the Taiwan agent for BCNC semiconductor materials (SPQ – Synthetic Polycrystalline Quartz).
• Developed Single-Channel Green Chiller for TSMC requirements and obtained SEMI Certification.
2021
Green Chiller successfully validated for Lam Kiyo N7 at TSMC Fab 15B.
2022
‧ Green Chiller validated for Lam Kiyo N2 & N1.4 at TSMC R&D Department.
• Developed Multi-Channel Green Chiller for TSMC requirements and obtained SEMI Certification.
2023
‧ SPQ (Synthetic Polycrystalline Quartz) for Lam Corvus-R validated at TSMC Fab 18A.
• Multi-Channel Green Chiller for TEL Vigus validated at TSMC Fab 15A.
2024
‧SPQ Corvus-R validated at TSMC Fab 18B.
• Green Chiller validated for AMAT Producer, Lam Kiyo CX, and Lam Star at TSMC Fab 14A.
2025
New Xinshi Factory (Tainan) scheduled for completion in Q3, launching full-scale localized production of Green Chillers.
