NGR Inc.   NGR Inc. was founded in July 2000 to create an OPC verification system based on the Die to Database algorithm. The NGR semiconductor wafer pattern verification system, which is the culmination of advanced technologies involving the use of an electron beam optics, later was used not only in OPC verification, but also for other applications including nanodefect inspection, mass CD measurement, and in-chip overlay measurement. This system went on to establish a major role in the field of advanced semiconductor inspection and metrology.
